The towers of the ex-NCPM building in Sheffield rotate in the wind.

NCPMThe various bits of the Sheffield Hallam Students Union building (the National Centre for Popular Music as was) are always facing a different direction .

They do spin, albeit gradually, gracefully as only huge things can, the ventilation nozzles tracking the wind in unison like the heads of migrating cranes.

Of course in the back of my mind I must have known this already, since Phil's photo is tagged with exactly this information.
